Find Your Rhythm
A mother's handbook for understanding her cycle so she doesn't lose her shit
You're not failing at motherhood.
You're just missing a map.
Some weeks you have it. You're present, patient, creative, warm. You feel like yourself.
Other weeks you're barely holding the thread. The noise is too loud. The mess is too much. Your tolerance is somewhere on the floor and you genuinely cannot explain why everything feels so hard when nothing is technically wrong.
You've probably blamed yourself for this. Your mental health. Your character. The fact that you're somehow not built for this.
But what if it wasn't any of those things?
What if it was your cycle?
Your body runs a different programme every week.
Your energy, your emotional capacity, your creativity, your need for solitude, they shift. Cyclically. Intelligently. On purpose.
When you understand that pattern, everything changes.
You stop being a stranger to yourself. You stop fighting your body at the exact times it's asking you to slow down. You start mothering with more ease, not because life gets easier, but because you finally understand yourself.
That's what this guide is for.

This guide is for you if:
You feel completely different week to week and can't figure out why
You've experienced mum rage, touched-out overwhelm or emotional crashes that seem to come from nowhere
You're neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or your nervous system is already working overtime just getting through the day
You've heard about cycle awareness but the general stuff out there doesn't account for the reality of doing this with small children, interrupted sleep and approximately zero time to yourself
You want something warm, practical and honest — not another thing to do perfectly
What’s Inside?
Find Your Rhythm is a 40-page guide built specifically for mothers.
Here's what you'll find inside:
-
A warm, accessible breakdown of the four phases of your menstrual cycle — Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn. What's happening in your body, how you might feel, what you need, and how to support yourself in each season. Includes journal prompts, simple rituals and a special section for when each phase feels particularly hard.
-
How your cycle interacts with the invisible labour of mothering. Why some weeks the load feels manageable and others it feels impossible — and what to do with that knowledge.
-
Simple somatic practices for real life. Not long routines. Not perfection. Just small tools to help your body feel safer, calmer and more regulated — especially if your nervous system is already stretched thin.
-
How to gently shape your month around your energy. Planning, nutrition, movement — all filtered through the lens of real motherhood. Flexible, forgiving and actually doable.
-
A full year tracker so you can start noticing your own patterns. Because your cycle is yours — and the more you know it, the more it supports you.

A note from Jules
I'm Jules, a mum of two wildlings, artist, cycle nerd and multi-passionate human who refused to pick a lane.
I discovered menstrual cycle awareness over six years ago, before I became a mother. What began as a personal exploration slowly became the framework that has supported me through everythinnnnng including birth trauma, postnatal anxiety, the slow loss of identity that can come with early motherhood, and the long process of finding my way back to myself.
Learning about my cycle didn't fix my life. But it made me less of a stranger to myself. I stopped punishing myself for not being consistent. I started understanding my fluctuations instead of fighting them. I asked for help. I rested without guilt. I rebuilt my confidence from the inside out.
I made this guide because I needed it. And because I think you might too.
It's warm, honest and practical. It's made by a mother, for mothers. And it won't ask you to overhaul your life, just to pay a little more attention to the one you already have.
With love, Jules x
